Accidents are
:
Vehicle collision or
A vehicle struck an object (for example a curb, wall, or tree) or
Vehicle damaged third-party property.

We’ll guide you through the next steps of reporting a vehicle collision. 

Report an Accident
Make sure you and your passengers are safely off to the side of the road and not impeding traffic, if possible.
Take at least two photos or videos (see photo tips below)
Write down what happened, where it happened, when it happened, how it happened, who was involved, and witnesses if available.
Report the incident before taking any other passenger(s) and/or within 6 hours whichever is sooner. 
Photo Tips
Take at least 2 photos or a video walk-around, with your phone to record the damaged area(s). Make sure the area is well lit for clear photos. If damages are within the interior of the vehicle, turn on the interior light and/or use the flash on your phone.
Leep will assess the damages after you submit the documentation. As per Leep Terms of Service, the amount that Leep will collect from a rider that is responsible for damages incurred may not exceed $250.00, and we may ask for receipts of repaired, replaced or cleaned area(s) within 24 hours or the next business day if funds were used to fix damages. If damages are significant, we ask that damages be repaired first before accepting another ride on the Leep Platform.
Please Note: Leep will determine the damage fee amount, which is meant to assist drivers in repairing, replacing, remediating or cleaning affected areas. We handle each claim on a case-by-case basis. Damage fees are collected exclusively from riders.
Keep in mind that neither written or implied Leep Rideshare Technology LLC is responsible to assist with citations or tickets outside the Leep Platform due to violation(s) of standard traffic laws.
