How Your pay Works
Time + Distance + Tips +(Promos when available) = Pay
You are paid for every minute of your trip based on the per minute rate. ( Rate will vary from city to city, and the type of vehicle that you have registered in the Leep Platform, and/or the type of vehicle that was requested from the rider.). From the time that you pick-up your passenger until the completion of the trip.
Distance You will be paid for every mile of your trip based on your per-mile rate. (Rate will vary from city to city, and the type of vehicle that you have registered in the Leep Platform, and/or the type of vehicle requested from the rider.) From the time that you pick-up your passenger until the completion of the trip. See your Wallet.
Tips When riders tip for the first-rate service and meet a courteous, professional driver in a clean car, you keep 100% of those earnings. Every-time.
Promos Promos become available when there is a greater need for drivers or when there is a special event. (Leep will determine the time and/or date.) You will be notified by text or push notifications on your phone.

Increasing your Earnings Behave in a courteous, professional manner, keep your vehicle clean and in tip-top condition. Keep good star ratings, don’t fall below 4.86 stars. When you keep your 5-star ratings, you have the potential to receive more riders. Take advantage of High Demand times in your city to increase your pay. (You will be notified by Leep of these times by text or push notifications on your phone)
Pay fluctuations Earnings are based on how many miles the trip is, and the time you spent with your riders. This will make an impact on how much you earn. You get paid when passengers are in your vehicle, so when there is a high demand for drivers like happy hour, rush hour, or when there is a special event, this will be an excellent time for you to increase your earnings.
Rider Cancellations as a consideration, drivers will be able to be paid for their time if a driver cancels their ride under these circumstances:
The driver arrives at the pick-up location, and the rider fails to show up (a no-show). This will result in a cancellation when the pick-up window expires.
The driver is on the way and due to arrive by the estimated pick-up time.
Driver Cancellations: Driver cancellations are discouraged.
Leep reserves the right withhold, deduct or reduce the amount of the cancellation fee payment at our discretion, including any and all fees to be determined to be the result of an error, fraud or violation of Leep Terms of Service
